    I thoroughly enjoyed being there, the place is relaxing.

    Everything was nice, including efficient staff at check-out. The location was exceptionally nice, to key areas like walking street, convenient to go everywhere. And it was also so close to the nearby seafood restaurants, the Outlet Mall, Tiger and elephant park and popular beach restaurants like the Glass House & Cafe del Mar and the Skoop beach bar. There were a mini kitchen and a dining area in my well-equipped and nicely decorated room...

    Plot twist, it's actually great!

    The staff were friendly and tried hard, despite being on the thin side. The Seascape Queen Beautiful offered comfort and ample space. The surroundings were tranquil, perfect for relaxation. I'd definitely return, ideally on a less crowded weekday.

    The hotel was luxurious, good services provided, marvellous location to the outside restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, had good choice of food. Loved to spend 1 day in our huge twin room with nice view and 2 bunk beds, as example. All of the staff were best, very flexible. Location: the property was just next door to the swimming pool/ restaurant/ beach and Catch taxi Always to go Anywhere and the Skoop beach bar. Ate at Pupen Seafood, it's not too far away from the venue.

    We were checked into a Deluxe room rather the a J Deluxe which i had paid for. When i queried this i was told that there was no difference between the 2 styles of rooms. After some discussion i was moved to the J Deluxe room that i had paid for which truely had very little difference. In fact the only difference was being on a higher floor and getting slippers and a dressing gown. For me the extra cost of the J Deluxe rom is not worth it! Besides this the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size, comfortable and is cleaned daily well. The Wifi connection is very good and excellent signal most of the time. The hotel location is OK with food and shops close by.

    The pool was not well thought out and shuld have been on the roof top. The pool was shadowed by the hotel building and got little sun so the water was far too cold. The hotel did not provide an Iron and we had to make a fuss about this before the found one for us to use. Breakfast had little choice.

    Loved the spacious room! Our Family Pool Suite was perfect for our kids to play around. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, but the soap dispensers were a bit troublesome. A great stay 😊

    A nice stay thanks to amazing staff

    Had an really good weekend here! The staff were super friendly, especially Peeraphol and Lhin, who went out of their way to. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and the view from the bar at sunset is a must-see. Just wish the pool area was a bit bigger for more fun activities.
